A man in his 30s was injured on Dov Hoz Street in Netanya as a result of a stabbing, according to family members as a result of violence. Medical teams that arrived at the scene gave him initial medical treatment and evacuated him in a serious and unstable condition with a penetrating injury to Laniado Hospital.
The officers of the police station in Netanya began searches and arrested a resident of the city in her 30s on suspicion of involvement, while the circumstances and background are being examined.
The suspect was taken for questioning at the police station in the city, along with a collection of findings at the scene and its surroundings. According to the needs of the investigation and its findings, the police will consider bringing her to a court hearing tomorrow.
Laniado Hospital reported that the condition of the injured is serious and unstable, he is undergoing a series of tests and life-saving treatments.
MDA emergency medic Philip Novhov said: “When we arrived at the scene, we saw the injured man lying unconscious and suffering from a penetrating injury to his body. We gave him medical treatment that included dressings and medication, anesthetized and ventilated him and evacuated him in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital when his condition was serious and unstable.”
Avraham Amar and Hichiel Gottlib, medics of the Rescue Union, said: “According to family members, he was injured as a result of violence. We gave him first aid at the scene, and then he was taken to Laniado Hospital in a serious and unstable condition.”
