Fraud on streaming platforms: between 1 and 3 billion false plays in France in 2021

It’s a 57-page report that gave the National Music Center (CNM) a lot of trouble. This organization, created at the end of 2019, which depends on the Ministry of Culture, investigated for a year and a half the manipulation of online listening on a national scale in the year 2021. A scam which can allow artists and their entourage to earn more money and artificially believe that they are more successful than we imagine.
