The film is released simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu

New films starring Dhanush always arouse interest among Tamil moviegoers. This is due to his willingness to choose diverse scripts despite his star status. Dhanush’s first release of the year is a film that will hit both Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. Written and directed by Telugu director Venky Atluri, the Tamil version of the film is titled Vathi. The Telugu version is titled Sir. Now the makers have released the second song from Vaathi.
Nadodi Mannan has lyrics written by Yuga Bharati. GV Prakash Kumar has composed the music and the song is sung by Anthony Dasan. Dhanush plays the titular role of a teacher in the coming-of-age drama genre. Balamurugan is the name of the character played by Dhanush in the Tamil version. Samyukta Menon is the heroine. Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Samudratkani, Thottapalli Madhu, Nara Srinivas, Pammi Sai, Hyper Adi, Sara, Atdulam Naren, Ilavarash, Mota Rajendran, Harish Peradi and Praveena are playing the other characters.
