Organizations targeted by Islamic rule will not be allowed to operate; Center’s affidavit in Supreme Court

New Delhi | The central government has told the Supreme Court that it will not allow organizations working towards Islamic rule in India to work. This is stated in the affidavit confirming the SIMI ban. SIMI is against the nationalism of the country. The affidavit also said that they were trying to bring about an international Islamic order. Their stated goals were against the laws of the country.

SIMI has been banned for the eighth time in a row. The affidavit also stated that SIMI’s ban continues because it is a challenge to India’s sovereignty and integrity.

The Center submitted the affidavit in the petition challenging the ban order of Simi.
