An app called ‘BeVigil’ has been introduced to prevent these scams. Reports claim that the ‘BeVigil’ app will help detect apps that are involved in scams like data theft on Android smartphones. Apart from this, the app is reported to record detailed information about the security nature of other apps used by users and data collection of users.
