MK Tali Gottlieb from the Likud party this morning (Friday) commented on reports that the President of the Supreme Court Esther Hayut threatens to resign, if the legal reform of Yariv Levin passes.
Gottlieb wrote on her Twitter account: “Madame President Hayut. Resign now! You are not doing us any favors. Don’t threaten us with resignation if we pass the reform laws, just resign.”
“I won’t be sad, not even a little bit. You smelled a fight and a discussion among the people of Israel, that’s what you did. Terrible, just terrible,” Gottlieb added.
