The employer must pay the transfer fee for foreigners in Saudi Arabia

RIYADH: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has said that employers should bear the job change fees of foreigners working in Saudi Arabia. The company owner shall bear all the fees related to the recruitment, including taking and renewing the Iqama and work permit of the workers.

The employer also has to pay the return flight ticket and re-entry visa fee for the employees. Work experience certificate should be given to those returning after termination of employment. The last salary paid and the date of termination from the date of employment should also be recorded.
