Fighting cane: what if you tested this sport between fencing and boxing?

It’s 7:30 p.m. on this cold winter Tuesday. A dozen people arrive in dribs and drabs at the fencing hall of the Pierre-et-Marie-Curie University, on the Jussieu campus in Paris, (Ve). Among them, there is Elliot, the youngest (13 years old), or even Jean-Pierre (67 years old), but also Mari-Annaïg (25 years old), the only woman in the group, or even Jost (50 years old) with his son Jean-Hugo (13 years old). They are all there for two hours of escape with a sport almost unknown to the general public: the fighting cane.
