15h32 : Ukrainian justice has launched proceedings against a first Russian soldier, for the strike carried out on a building in Dnipro. This procedure is aimed at Colonel Oleg Tymoshin, commander of the 52nd aviation regiment. He is accused of having directed the bombardment which caused the death of 46 people and injured 79 others, on January 14th. kyiv also attributes deadly strikes to him in Kremenchuk (June), Odessa and Lozova (May), add the Ukrainian security services. The soldier still officiates in the Russian army.

10h09 : In Ukraine, Deputy Defense Minister Viatcheslav Shapovalov resigned after press revelations on suspicion of purchases of supplies for the army at inflated prices. The Ministry of Defense explains in a press release that Vyacheslav Shapovalov was responsible for the rear support of the armed forces, and that he asked to be removed from his post. The ministry says the charges against him are baseless.
