Attempts to strengthen Hapoel Tel Aviv continue: after already adding goalkeeper Emilius Zobas and winger Harvia Ilic in the current window, the Reds are on their way to a conclusion with a third foreigner – the stopper Vasilija Bakic. The parties are in advanced negotiations, and sources involved in the negotiations estimate that he will join Hapoel Tel Aviv soon.
The contacts began a little over a week ago, and according to people close to the deal – there has been progress in the last few days. The dispute between the parties concerns the amount of the purchase. His team, Kolobra, demands 120,000 euros for him, while Hapoel Tel Aviv offered 80,000 euros.
Estimates of those concerned are that in the end they will reach a conclusion for 100 thousand euros. This will be the first time that Hapoel Tel Aviv acquires a player, since they signed striker Alan Ozhbolt last summer.
The 22-year-old Bakic grew up in the youth department of Čukrići, and moved to other teams in Serbia – Vozdovac, India and in the summer of 2021 he moved to the ranks of Kolovra. This season, he became a regular player in the ranks of the Serbian team, which is in ninth place in the local league with 20 points from 19 games.
