Madrid: The life of Blessed Carlo Acutis, who led thousands to Christ, who spent his entire life spreading the Divine Mercy until the age of 15, to the theaters. Carlo’s life, which skillfully utilized modern technology for Jesus, is being presented to the audience as a docu-fiction under the name ‘Heaven Can’t Wait’. The Spanish version will premiere in several theaters in Spain on February 24.

The director of the docufiction is Jose Maria Savla, a prominent journalist and author of several books including ‘The Mystery of Padre Pio’. The main attraction of ‘Heaven Knot Waiti’ is the testimony of people of various ages who have undergone great changes in their lives through the mediation of Blessed Carlo Acutis. Along with this, the milestones in Carlo’s life are also depicted. As yet unpublished, Carlo’s paintings and some of his documents will also be seen by the outside world through ‘Heaven Can’t Wait’.

Blessed Carlo Acutis, described as the ‘Apostle of Divine Mercy’, was born in London in 1991. He passed away on October 12, 2006 due to leukemia. Although he lived only until the age of 15, Acutis became famous for leading many people to the path of faith. At the age of 11, he began collecting information about divine grace miracles on the computer.

For that, Carlo asked his parents to take him to the places where the Divine Mercy miracles took place. After two and a half years of effort, Carlo has prepared a website that compiles almost all the divine mercy miracles that have happened in different parts of the world. He collected 136 miracles of divine grace that occurred in different countries and were recognized by the Church. Exhibition of virtual library was also conducted in five continents.

Even when suffering from the pain of cancer, Carlo showed that pain for the Pope and the Church. On October 10, 2020, Carlo Acutis was canonized as the first beatified of the 21st century.
