Prohibition on use of actor Rajinikanth’s name, photograph, voice without his consent- Action Notice

On behalf of actor Rajinikanth, his lawyer Yum Bharti said in a public statement:

Legal and criminal action will be taken against those who use Rajinikanth’s name, photo, voice without permission.

Various production companies are using actor Rajinikanth’s name, photo, voice on many platforms without his permission. This is creating a confusion among the public.

Due to this, copyright and criminal actions will be taken against those who use Rajini’s name, photo and voice commercially without consent. This is stated in the notification.
