Another blow to Akirov: 3 directors were appointed to General Insurance, without his associates

Another blow to the confrontational show of businessman Alfred Akirov against Clal Insurance. After the storm surrounding the appointment of directors in general insurance holdings, 3 directors are elected to general insurance (the insurance company itself). The elected directors are: Haim Samet who will continue as chairman of the company’s board of directors, Judge Varda Elsheikh, Eli Shemesh and Yair Bartov who will continue in their positions.
