LE SCAN SPORT– Supporters of Olympique Lyonnais have launched an online petition, demanding the resignations of several leaders of the Rhone club.
Too much for the supporters. A transfer window that is not going fast enough and not satisfying enough for Olympique Lyonnais fans. Some of them have even decided to start an online petition for a club overhaul.
Posted on the change.org website, the petition is titled “Call for the resignation of the management of Olympique Lyonnais (Aulas, Ponsot, Cheyrou…)and leaves little room for doubt. Subsequently, its author explains. “That’s enough! Olympique Lyonnais is sinking day after day, month after month, year after year… We have to act.»
The president of OL Jean-Michel Aulas, the director of football Vincent Ponsot and the director of recruitment Bruno Cheyrou particularly targeted. “This club is yours, Mr. Jean-Michel Aulas. […] Through tweets and lunar interviews with a sour tone, you get lost in far-fetched and ridiculous explanations. Take your responsibilities (which you haven’t done for a long time): leave and quickly! Take with you your “soldiers”, Vincent Ponsot and Bruno Cheyrou, whom you defend against winds and tides.»
A petition that collected nearly 3000 signatures 24 hours after its publication.
