Israel is behind the attack on the factory in Iran tonight, as claimed today (Sunday) in the “Wall Street Journal”, the daily newspaper published in New York City.
According to the publication, senior American officials confirm the claim that our forces are responsible for the attack on the facility in the city of Isfahan.
According to the Iranian Ministry of Defense, the attack happened last night at 23:30 local time, and it caused minor damage to the roof of a building there.
Tehran claims that the attack did not disrupt activity at the complex, and an Iranian official told state media in the country that the explosion was at the Ministry of Defense’s ammunition production center.
Iran’s foreign minister, Amir Abdel-Lahyan, said at noon: “What happened yesterday in Isfahan is part of the attempts of Iran’s enemies to undermine the country’s security, and the Iranian defense forces stopped this attempt.”
