Following the complaint filed, regarding suspicions of committing serious offenses against a 12-year-old minor, the police opened an investigation, during which they arrested the suspect in the acts – Yaakov Aharon Haberman, 33, a resident of Modi’in Elite.
Developments in the police investigation against a suspect, indicated that the suspect committed similar acts on other victims.
According to the suspicions, the suspect committed the acts between the years 2014-2021, during which he met with minors in various places and committed serious acts on them.
In a hearing held today in the Magistrate’s Court in Petah Tikva, the judge allowed the name and photo of the bartender to be published.
