Tom Livna, the founder of the unicorn Warbit, which is worth 2 billion dollars, stated today (Tuesday) that following the plan to reform the legal system presented by Prime Minister Netanyahu and Minister of Justice Yariv Levin, he is leaving the country, and as a result, he will stop paying taxes.

Livna told News 12 that “in recent years I have personally paid tens of millions of dollars here, and have chosen hundreds of millions of dollars, in taxes. The way I am calling, that I am going to do, and I hope that many others will follow me, is to simply leave the country, and stop being residents of the state Israel and stop paying taxes here.”

He added: “So, when we, the engine of the economy, talk like this and really take these steps, I think they will come to the table and talk to us a little more in the eye of the beholder.”

In response, Member of Knesset from Yesh Atid, Ron Katz, said: “I watched the sad article tonight. People who grew up here, built their businesses and made a huge contribution to the country and society are losing trust and leaving following the Netanyahu government’s drastic moves.”
