The deputies of the Kurultai of Bashkiria proposed to organize air quality management. In particular, it is planned to launch a multi-level environmental monitoring system, the main elements of which, according to Parliament Speaker Konstantin Tolkachev, will be automatic air pollution control stations and special software for online data collection and transmission.
“Comprehensive online monitoring will make it possible, on the basis of constantly updated data, to make operational decisions and predict the environmental situation in the region,” Tolkachev is quoted by MediaCorset.
The project is supposed to be implemented at the expense of extrabudgetary funding sources.
The objects of the spiritual, cultural, historical and natural heritage of Bashkiria will be included in the register of the republic’s national heritage. This was announced earlier by the head of the State Assembly Konstantin Tolkachev.
The constitution will separately indicate the status of the Shulgan-Tash nature reserve, the Muradymovskoe gorge, Asly-Kul, Kandry-Kul and Iremel natural parks, as well as natural monuments, the mountains of Kushtau, Tratau, and Yuraktau.
