Tonight (Wednesday), the fourth candle of Hanukkah, the Ministry of Education is holding the International Bible Quiz for Adults. The quiz was held in the presence of the Minister of Education, Dr. Yifat Shasha Bitton, and the Director General of the Ministry of Education, Brigadier General (Res.) Yigal Slovik. Two grooms were crowned: Yair Yosef Guggenheim from Karnei Shomron and Liron Ben Moshe from Alfei Menashe. Fourth place went to Shneur Bolton of the United States with 84 points in total.
Twelve contestants from Israel and around the world qualified for the final stage of the quiz. They defeated about 350 contestants who took part in all stages of the quiz, and managed to demonstrate admirable mastery of the book.

Each and every one of us finds within him what concerns him most. A formative expression or moment, an exciting scroll, or a leading figure,” the minister said.
The Hesder Yeshivot Association welcomes the Karnei Shomron Hesder Yeshiva, whose student Yair Guggenheim won the Bible Groom Award for Adults tonight.
