Kochi: The High Court rejected the plea filed by lawyer Saibi Jose Kitangur seeking to stop his arrest on the charge of accepting bribes in the name of judges. The High Court said that the allegation against Saibi Jose is very serious. The single bench of the High Court said that the investigation should be conducted.

The court said that the truth should come out. The investigation is in its early stages. The single bench also asked whether it is appropriate to question the inquiry report after submitting it. F.I.R. The court also stated that it cannot now interfere with Saibi’s demand for cancellation.
