The popular chef’s restaurant in Modi’in has been prepared for next winter to benefit us with new dishes and an updated chef’s menu, which join the well-known and beloved dishes of the popular restaurant in the excellent kosher of Beit Yosef.

ROZA Roza is a luxurious and large kosher meat restaurant led by the chef Eric Wakil, an international Israeli chef who has cooked for world leaders such as Putin, Obama and Merkel. Rosa Modiin offers meats, fish, a sophisticated hamburger and Mediterranean food with modern fusion touches. The restaurant is located in the heart of Modi’in’s industrial center in the Yishpro Center complex, an entertainment complex with a rich nightlife.

Now, Rosa presents a variety of new dishes on the summer menu and among them Chinese pan – Shredded kebab, mashvia, tahini, wrapped in dough in tabona new beet salad – With baby arugula, roasted hazelnuts, feta (vegan), orange and mint vinaigrettepolenta – Fresh corn cream, truffle puree and forest mushroom mixCappuccino truffle and mushrooms – in mushroom pea, sage and crème fraîche sauce, Beef Ragout – long-cooked root vegetables and torn pasta and green vegetables – Spinach leaves, Kalamata olives, zucchini, peas and roasted almonds, in a lemony butter sauce.

The well-known and beloved dishes remained on the menu: Rose salad – Spinach mix, seasonal fruit, shallots, pecans, hazelnuts in citrus vinaigrette and pecans, Grandma Ziva’s cigar Filled with beef, pistachio and rice, along with colorful tahini, Sheital local cart – Sliced, onion cream in beef glace blood

The event room can host up to 52 people in comfort and space, and is equipped with sophisticated sound and video systems for the use of guests.
