« Unew impetus for France Bleu. “Céline Pigalle, journalist and editorial director at BFMTV, joins the ranks of France Bleu from April 3, we learned through a press release shared by Radio France. She was appointed director of France Bleu by Sibyle Veil, president and CEO of Radio France. “Céline Pigalle will work closely with Laurence Bloch, director of antennas and editorial strategy at Radio France, and will join the management committee of Radio France”, specifies the press release.
“We need a new impetus for France Bleu. I decided to entrust it to a great media professional. Céline Pigalle knows radio and has managed major newsrooms. A woman of character and convictions, of listening and of decision, she will put all her know-how and all her energy to carry high the promise of France Bleu ”, wrote Sibyle Veil in an internal letter addressed to the employees.

I am delighted to carry high its values and in particular that of the proximity to which I hold a lot, ”reacted Cécile Pigalle. “France Bleu is a magnificent network that brings together many talents and is aimed at as many people as possible. It is an honor for me to soon lead this collective,” she added. Passed by Europe 1 and the Canal group before joining BFMTV, she succeeds Jean-Emmanuel Casalta, who held this position since September 2018.
