On Sunday, February 5, Pope Francis visited St. Mary Major Perungoville in Rome to thank the Mother who accompanied and guided him during his apostolic journey in the Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.
Likewise, on Tuesday, January 31, the day before the start of his fortieth apostolic journey, that is, Monday, January 20, in the evening, Pope Francis went to Iperungovil to entrust the journey to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Pope Francis, who has a special devotion to Mother Mary, went to St. Mary Major Perungovil and prayed in front of the image of Mother Mary, the day after he assumed the responsibility of the headship on March 13, 2013.
