A violent brawl following a fight over a seat near a window on the plane ended in the removal of no less than 15 people from the flight, even before the plane took off.

The strange incident happened on flight 1659 of the Brazilian airline GOL from Salvador to Sao Paulo. According to witnesses on the plane, the fight started due to a request from the mother, whose son with special needs wanted to sit by the window. She turned to the woman sitting by the window and asked her to change places.

The woman refused, but for some reason her response offended or angered the mother – who began to violently attack the passenger. The relatives of the female passengers from both sides joined the commotion and started attacking each other.

At some point in the fight, the mother’s shirt was torn and she was left bare-breasted, this did not stop her from continuing to riot and try to hit the passenger, while the plane’s crew tried to move her away.

And as happens with every intriguing event in the mobile age, passengers sitting nearby rushed to pull out their phones and the whole incident was recorded and the videos were distributed on social networks.

Only after a few minutes were the crew members able to separate the hawks and then removed all of them, 15 in total, from the plane – leaving them to look for a seat by a window, possibly in the detention cell, although it has not yet been announced what happened to them and whether they were arrested.

One of the flight attendants told the Brazilian media: “I had already closed the doors when I noticed two people hitting each other in row 20. I immediately ran and intervened between them, but what happened was that one family had five people and the other had 10. The two families started slapping and cursing each other.”
