New Delhi : BJP MP Nishikant Dubey issued a notice of violation of rights to the Speaker against Rahul Gandhi’s baseless allegations against the Prime Minister in the Lok Sabha.

Rahul’s allegations about Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his relationship with industrialist Gautam Adani were highly controversial. Many BJP leaders have already come forward to protest against the Prime Minister during the vote of thanks for the President’s policy announcement speech by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.

Meanwhile, in a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Dubey said that these statements against the Prime Minister as a member of the Lok Sabha are misleading, defamatory, disrespectful, un-parliamentary, disrespectful and offensive.

Rahul Gandhi has said in the House that he will provide documentary evidence, but no document has been submitted to corroborate his statements. Dubey added that the Congress MP made a statement that misleads the House in the absence of documentary evidence rather than bashing the Prime Minister. The letter states that immediate action is requested against Rahul Gandhi for violation of rights and contempt of the Church.
