To obtain the results, the accumulated totals of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube were taken into account until obtaining the doctors with the most followers in Mexico. In the end it was obtained that the first five places are the following.

- Mr. Doctor – 3.5 million followers
- Dr. Paulina Zúñiga – 3 million followers
