Time.news – The first reopenings arrive from April 26 with the return to the yellow bands: this is foreseen by the draft decree that will be examined by the CDM, whose lines were announced last Friday by the premier, Mario Draghi. To move from one Region to another comes the ‘green certification’ which will have to prove the state of vaccination or recovery from the infection or the carrying out of a molecular or rapid antigen test with a negative result for the virus. “The green Covid-19 certification” which proves the vaccination has been completed “is valid for six months and is issued in paper or digital format, at the request of the interested party, by the healthcare facility that carries out the vaccination and at the same time of the prescribed cycle, and indicates the number of doses administered with respect to the number of doses envisaged for the person concerned “.
The legislative decree provides that, in the yellow and orange band, from 1 May to 15 June, visits to friends’ homes will be allowed up to a maximum of four people in addition to those living together and minors. Of course this could happen from 5am until 10pm, as the curfew is maintained.
As for the restaurant and bar services, from 26 April those outdoors will be reopened, even in the evening, always until 10 pm, while from 1 June, in the yellow area, the activities of the catering services are also allowed indoors, with consumption at the table until 6pm.
As for the school, the decree provides that, from 26 April and until the end of the 2020-2021 school year, the provision of educational services for children, school and didactic activities of the kindergarten, primary school and lower secondary school, as well as the school and teaching activities of upper secondary school, for at least 50 percent of the student population.
