The National Court has once again acquitted the five prisoners who were tried for forming a terrorist group in prisons in favor of DAESH by sending letters to other inmates with the postulates of the jihadist organization. The magistrates of the Fourth Section of the Criminal Chamber handed down an acquittal in this proceeding in October of last year, which two months later was annulled by the Appeals Chamber, in a ruling in which it was ordered to issue a new resolution in which a statement of proven facts without contradictions will be made.
