MK Almog Cohen from Otzma Yehudit responded a short time ago (Friday) to the serious attack that happened today in Jerusalem.
MK Cohen said: “It breaks my heart to see the pictures from the terrible attack, children and adults in Shabbat clothes who are murdered and injured.
A terrorist who rises up and goes out to murder as many Jewish children as possible, in this arena too the terrorist was eliminated by armed citizens who prevented a double disaster. Terrorism is defeated with a heavy hand and an iron fist – revenge now!”
Following this, he said: “It is important to note the armed citizens who prevented a much larger attack.
I’m not discussing operative steps, I don’t think it’s right to discuss what needs to be done right now. But it is possible and necessary to take revenge on terrorists and create a balance of threats.”
