The used market goes back to January but is still far from the pre-pandemic figures

However, compared to January 2020, they follow a 17.1% below.

Thus, last month there were registered 2.1 operations in the used market for each new vehicle sold. The main sales channel was that of vehicles from fleets of rentwith a 36% rise up to 10,463 units. At the same time, the units coming from the operators of renting improved a 7% up to 9,137 units.

Old cars, the most sought after

From Ganvam y Faconauto celebrate both increases in the channels coming from fleets, since that means a growth of the transfers of young vehicles -from one to three years-, which closed January raising a 10% up to 8,374 units, and of those of between five and eight yearswhich improved a 15% up to 13,992 units.

However, the star of the used market in spain they are still the oldest cars, the ones from more than ten yearswhat concentrated 57.5% of the operations registered last month with a total of 76,723 units.
