2 people, including a boy, were killed in a car attack by a young man on people standing at a bus stop in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel.
Officials said:
A speeding car hit people standing at a bus stop in the Ramot area of Jerusalem. Hussain Karak (31) deliberately rammed the car into the crowd. In this, a 20-year-old youth and a boy died. Officials said that the security forces rushed to the scene and shot and killed Hussain, the attacker.
Tensions between Israel and the Palestinians have been rising since the beginning of last month.
