by time news

Agua de Cuevas has launched its new bottling line at its plant in Felechosa (Aller) which has allowed it to launch the carafe format, in which it was not present. The investment amounted to 2 million euros and will mean an expansion of the workforce that has not been specified in the medium term. Agua de Cuevas is owned by the Galician brewery group Hijos de Rivera (Estrella de Galicia), which plans to invest 40 million euros in the water business in the next five years after having invested 18.3 million in the last five years. The group operates there with the brands Cuevas, Cabreiroá, Fontarel and Auara. In addition to beer and water, it is established in the cider, wine, spirits, sangria, juice and other markets. In addition to the bottle formats and recycled plastic bottles, Agua de Cuevas will now sell 6.5-liter bottles, reports JC
