Ajyad Emergency Hospital stated, via Twitter, that several things must be reduced when following a healthy diet, including the following:
1- Limit your daily calorie intake, which should not exceed 10% from added sugars.
2- Consuming less than 2300 mg of sodium per day.
3- Consuming less than 10% of calories per day from saturated fats.
4- Limit saturated fats, added sugars and sodium.
