The war in Ukraine: some notes on international law and European law.- Miguel A. Acosta Sánchez
Almost a year after the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against the Ukrainian people, it is appropriate to make a comprehensive analysis of various issues of international and European law. Specifically, the various international norms that have been violated by the Russian Government, as well as their possible jurisdictional consequences; likewise, in the European context, the reaction of the European Union, less and less homogeneous, both in the political and diplomatic spheres as well as economically. This will allow us to have a complete vision of the legal reality that, clearly, can alter geostrategic relations in the coming years.
