One of the oldest habits that helped humans find themselves and their habitats. Even though these journeys have been going on for tens of thousands of years, there are still many undiscovered places on Earth. Humans have left their footprints even in remote wastelands and high mountains. But there is only one journey that no one can ever complete.

That would be the longest distance journey on Earth. It starts in Cape Town, South Africa and ends in Magadan Town, Eastern Russia. No one has ever completed this longest journey in the world. Although it is said to be walkable, its total distance is 22,387 km.

Passengers traveling this way do not have to resort to planes, boats and cars. The route from Russia to South Africa will take passengers through 17 countries and six bridges via flyovers and roads. Experts say that a person can complete this journey in 182 days if he walks continuously without any breaks.

The distance of this long route is said to be equivalent to climbing Mount Everest 13 times. Although many people intend to complete this journey, experts strongly oppose it. This is because it involves travelers through rough and dangerous routes like South Sudan.

But recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria, which have killed more than tens of thousands, have reportedly affected the route. The trail became a talking point after scientists shared it on social media a few days ago.
