Bagur: The government should take steps to repair the dilapidated Aihamas lamp in Melparikalpattu village.
More than 500 families live in Melparikalpattu village under Bagur constituency. Aihamas lamp was installed at the junction of the road leading to Parshakuppam near the Muruga temple here 10 years ago.
Through this even the night time became as bright as day. In this case, a few months ago, the Ayhamas lamp started to fail one by one.
Now, all the lights are out of order and the area is plunged into darkness at night. Due to this, not only the common people suffer, but accidents also happen at night because of the road junction.
Therefore, the government should take immediate action to repair the dilapidated Ayhamas lamp in Melparikalpattu village.
