Six years after the super hit ‘Premam’, a film directed by Alphonse Puthren is coming out. Not one, but two films have been declared his. Fahadh Fazil and Nayanthara starrer ‘Pattu’ was first announced after the break but shooting has started for another film. The film is ‘Gold’ starring Prithviraj and Nayanthara in the lead roles. The film, which went straight into filming without prior announcements, is currently in editing gable. Now the director is talking about the film for the first time. Alphonse also describes Gold as a film with no specifics, as he said earlier about romance.
“After the shooting of Gold, the film is being edited. It’s not like time and love. It’s just another type of film. No one should come that way, “Alphonse wrote on Facebook.
But moviegoers say Alphonse’s cannot be taken at face value. Alphonse’s fans say that Alphonse said the same thing when the two previous films came out, but he did not feel that way when he saw the film. Prithviraj had earlier described the film as an interesting entertainer: “It’s a new experience for me as an actor too. Such a project does not always happen. I do not think there is anything more to be said for an Alphonse’s film. Gold will be a thriller, “said Prithviraj.
Prithviraj is making his acting debut in Alphonse Putran. Produced by Prithviraj and Listin Stephen under the banner of Prithviraj Productions and Magic Frames. Mallika Sukumaran plays Prithviraj’s mother.
