Note

The prosecution’s plan to call all the witnesses again and lock up Dileep backfired.

Manju Warrier will not be questioned tomorrow in the actress attack case.
The trial court has adjourned the proceedings of the prosecution witness Manjuwarya to February 21. Hearing only after Supreme Court decision.
The action is because the Supreme Court is considering the petition filed by Dileep seeking to prevent the re-examination of Manju Warrier, who was once examined as prosecution witness 34, the next day on 17-02-23.

In the affidavit submitted by Dileep in the Supreme Court, it is clear that re-examining Manju Warrier and interrogating Kavya Madhavan’s parents is to prolong the trial and for false statements.
