So we were happy to find ourselves in the Kiryat Ono mall in the company Veeva Crossix, which improves and streamlines the healthcare industry by connecting the health data of hundreds of millions of Americans while maintaining privacy, as well as measuring and optimizing campaigns in the American healthcare market. So yes, we will mention this first – we enjoyed free parking (and parking, in general), and then we discovered that this fun is related to the location in the mall.

Let’s start with the advantages we found during the initial tour of the offices: adjustable workstations, comfortable sitting rooms, options for working in private rooms and in a spare manner and a ping pong table as per the best tradition.
In the mall wing of the work experience, we found lots of options for entertainment and optimization for the hours after: cinema, shopping, restaurants and opportunities to tick off arrangements for home. We choose to wrap this whole complex in the phrase indulgence-practical – because every such pleasure improves the schedule, in an efficient way.

What tools and technologies do you work with at Veeva? The company was established in 2007 and provides cloud management systems to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and assists them in various fields of activity: from managing clinical trials, through CRM, quality control, content management and more.
Veeva already employs more than 6,000 people in 35 development centers located around the world. In 2019, Veeva acquired the company Crossix Solutions, which today is known as Veeva Crossix. And back to the Israeli development center we visited: together with the American group, it brings in revenues of more than 100 million dollars a year and employs more than 60 staff members.

We had the same enthusiasm from the parking lot from the beginning of the tour, and we officially moved to examine the healthy snacks that are in the kitchen, as befits a company that influences the global health industry. Another insight we came to is that it is worth scheduling the next visit for Tuesdays – Veeva Tuesday, a day when everyone is invited to have lunch together at the company’s expense.
And beyond ping pong, how do you earn a little break after eating? You can freshen up on the pleasant balconies, watch TV or relax in the sofa area with a cup of coffee. And this is exactly what we are planning now for the last part of the visit.
