The Civil Guard is investigating this resident of Cambre as the alleged perpetrator of two crimes, one against road safety and another for driving under the influence of alcohol

The Civil Guard intercepted on the A-6 at the height of Aranga a neighbor of Cambre who circulated several kilometers in the opposite direction on the highway and that quadrupled the rate of alcohol. Several drivers warned of the recklessness of a vehicle, which was going in the direction of Madrid and, at least, would have traveled the distance between kilometer points 549 and 552.
When the Operations Center of the A Corua Traffic Subsector (COTA) received the communication from the 112 Integrated Emergency Assistance Center, it immediately activated the protocol for stopping vehicles traveling in the opposite direction. When they arrived, they found that the vehicle had been intercepted by other drivers at kilometer 552 of the A-6.
The agents subjected the driver to the pertinent breathalyzer tests, which yielded a value of 0.99 mg/l in exhaled air in the first and 0.97 mg/l in the second, almost four times the maximum rate of alcohol allowed.
The Civil Guard proceeded to investigate this person as the alleged perpetrator of two crimes against road safety, one for driving under the influence of alcoholic beverages and another for reckless driving. In addition, he was proposed for an extraordinary medical examination so that the physicians could assess his psychophysical aptitudes.
