There is good news for motorists in the country. Petrol and diesel prices have fallen.
Crude oil prices have been volatile in the international market, with both WTI crude oil prices and Brent crude oil falling.
Due to this, the price of petrol and diesel has decreased.
WTI crude oil was trading at Rs 78.52 a barrel after falling 0.09 percent.
Meanwhile, Brent crude fell 0.16 percent.
It is trading at $85.25 per barrel. Internationally, petrol and diesel prices have decreased in many cities across the country following the fall in petrol and diesel prices.
State-owned oil companies have announced the prices of petrol and diesel in the country. Due to this, fuel prices have increased in some states of the country.
Petrol prices in Jaipur and Bhubaneswar have increased slightly. Similarly in Thiruvananthapuram it is slightly less.
In UP’s Lucknow, petrol prices fell by 24 paise, diesel by 23 paise to Rs 96.33 per litre, and diesel at Rs 89.53 per litre.
Currently, petrol price in New Delhi has increased to Rs.96.72 per liter and diesel price has increased to Rs.89.62 per liter.
Also, petrol price in Jaipur has increased by 54 paise per liter and diesel price by 49 paise to Rs 93.85 from Rs 108.62.
In Thiruvananthapuram, petrol has dropped by 29 paise to Rs 107.71 per litre. And diesel has decreased by 27 paise to Rs.96.52.
In Patna, petrol and diesel prices have dropped by 21 paise to Rs 107.24 each and diesel is being sold at Rs 94.04 per litre.
Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum petrol prices and diesel prices are revised daily from 6 am onwards.
