INTERVIEW – Christel Heydemann unveils the telecom group’s strategy for 2025.
Orange CEO Christel Heydemann unveils her strategy for 2025, following a strong 2022. The operator publishes a turnover up 0.6%, to 43.5 billion euros, and has begun to recover its margin. Nevertheless lucid on the situation of the operator and the sector, the leader wants to accelerate the implementation of the decisions and does not refrain from any arbitration on the activities of the group.
Drawing on her experience in the industry, she wishes to apply its methods to improve the quality of services provided to customers. One of its main challenges is to manage to break down the silos that are detrimental to the group’s operational efficiency.
