An ugly brawl (to watch) broke out after a heated football game between two private high schools – one Jewish and the other Catholic – in Miami this week, when some players said they were subjected to anti-Semitic slurs.

Footage of the disturbing incident between Shek Hillel Community School and Archbishop Coleman Carroll High School in Florida shows players getting punched shortly after the end of Wednesday night’s game.

The video also includes spectators who joined from the stands, throwing punches and pushing

Parents of the players from the Jewish school claimed that someone said, “Hitler was right” during the fight, and that other opponents threw various anti-Jewish curses.

According to reports, one injury occurred as a result of the confrontation, but the details were not published

The two religious schools issued a joint statement after the video of the fight – and accusations of anti-Semitism – began to circulate online.

“The Archduke of Miami and Shek Hillel have zero tolerance for any type of aggressive, anti-Semitic or hateful language and behavior of any kind,” the schools said.

“We thank the faculty of both schools, who immediately managed the situation with care and concern for the students.”

The schools said they are investigating the allegations and will take “appropriate action” against anyone found to have engaged in inappropriate behavior.

Archbishop Coleman, located in Dade County, opened in 1998 and has about 330 students.

Shek Hillel was established in Ohus in 1973 and has about 1,250 students
