Prime Minister’s House Construction Scheme First Installment Payment

Villupuram-Villupuram Collector’s office conference, Rural Development and Panchayat Department organized the first installment payment for the construction of houses under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme.

Collector Palani presided over the distribution of the first installment to the beneficiaries and said:

Under the Prime Minister’s House Building Scheme, financial assistance of Rs 58 lakh 4,467 has been provided to 223 beneficiaries from Kolianur Union at the rate of Rs 26 thousand 29 each and Rs 52 lakh 5,800 to 200 beneficiaries of Vikrawandi Union and Rs 1 crore 10 lakh 10 thousand 267 to 423 beneficiaries.

26 thousand 29 rupees as the first installment of central government funds and 8,088 rupees as state government funds of 34 thousand 117 rupees are given for the construction work of building the first stable shop floor.

26 thousand 715 rupees as central government funds and 7,375 rupees as state government funds and 57 thousand 590 rupees as additional funds of 23 thousand 800 rupees are given for the second stage.

26 thousand 681 rupees as central government funds, 20 thousand 345 rupees as state government funds, 28 thousand 700 rupees as additional funds and 75 thousand 726 rupees are given for the third stage.

In the final phase, 40 thousand 575 rupees as central government funds, 14 thousand 192 rupees as state government funds, 17 thousand 500 rupees as additional funds and 72 thousand 267 rupees are given.

In addition to doing toilet works, 12 thousand rupees from the whole health plan fund, 25 thousand 290 rupees per manpower day per house from the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Fund, with the contribution of the central and state governments, houses are being built at an estimate of 2 lakh 77 thousand 290 rupees.
