SSC Napoli has further extended its lead in the Italian soccer championship. Eintracht Frankfurt’s Champions League opponent easily won the Serie A game at Sassuolo Calcio 2-0 (2-0).

Chwitscha Kwarazchelia (12th) and former Wolfsburg Victor Osimhen (33rd) scored the goals for the table first.

The leaders are already 18 points clear of second-placed Inter Milan, who host Udinese Calcio on Saturday. Next Tuesday, Napoli will play the first leg of the Champions League in Frankfurt in the round of 16. (dpa)
