On the eve of the last 15 Av, Shapir, who was one of the leaders of the ‘Tent Protest’, and Stiva, a son of one of the wealthiest families in Israel and the son of the astronaut Eitan Stiva, stood under a canopy in Caesarea and entered into the marriage covenant in a Jewish-religious wedding, but outside the rabbinate.
