In Rio de Janeiro, the forecast is that half a million people pass through the bus station over the Carnival holiday. The companies increased the fleet and opened six thousand extra trips. In total, 17,000 buses will circulate in the coming days. The most sought-after destinations are cities on the Costa Verde, Serra Fluminense, the interior of the state and the Lagos Region.
