Actor Mayilsamy is famous for playing comedy characters in more than a hundred films in Tamil cinema. She made her film debut in 1984 with Pakyaraj’s Davanik Kannom. He has also hosted programs on television. His native place is Sathyamangalam. During the 2021 Legislative Assembly elections, he contested as an independent from the Virugambakkam constituency in Chennai.
Mylaswamy, who was the best comedy actor in Tamil films, suddenly fell ill this morning. Immediately his relatives brought him to a private hospital in Borur.
The doctors who conducted the examination said that Mylaswamy died on the way to the hospital. Mylaswamy’s relatives were shocked to hear the news of his death. Borur police was informed about this. While it was initially reported that the body of the deceased actor Mylswamy was being sent for post-mortem, it is now being reported that his body has not been post-mortem.
His body will be kept at a house in Saligram for funeral. He was already undergoing heart treatment at a private hospital in Borur, but now it is confirmed that he died of a heart attack.
A post-mortem has not been conducted on his body and his body will be kept at his home in Saligram for burial shortly, hospital sources said.
