Sara Jacqueline King of Orange County, California, USA, is an attorney at LTR International Limited, a lending company in the British Virgin Islands.
The company is suing Sarah, alleging that she used the company’s money to live a lavish lifestyle in town on the Las Vegas Strip. The company alleges that attorney Sarah lived at the club resort for long periods of time and gambled there 24 hours a week. Namely, Sara is accused of spending USD 10 million (Rs 82 crore) of her company’s money on a party at a Las Vegas casino.

The company cited breach of written contracts, fraud and civil theft as causes of action. The company claims that between January and October 2022, the company extended a series of loans to Sarah, which were owed to a third party.
Sara has provided proof of having only USD 11.98 (Rs 1,000) in her name. Sara has said that she has spent all the funds and has no money to her name. Subsequently, the company filed a lawsuit.
It is also said that King’s ex-husband has fled to Morocco in connection with the fraud against LDR. However, the company has also accused Sarah that her name was not included in the related case. Sarah was given 20 days to respond. A date for the next court hearing has yet to be decided.
