Soybean harvest reaches 21% of the area in Brazil and continues with delay, says Safras

SÃO PAULO (Reuters) – The soybean harvest reached 20.9% of the cultivated area in the 2022/23 season, compared to 14.8% in the previous week, consultancy Safras & Mercado said on Friday, maintaining a delay in relation to years previous.

In the same period last season, the harvest was at 32.9% and the historical average for the period is 23.4%, the data showed.
